Liberty North High School serves the northern half of the Liberty School District, generally the area north of 152 Highway including Shoal Creek Valley, Davidson Farms, Benson Place, and the newer subdivisions east of 35. It opened in 2010 to relieve enrollment pressure on Liberty High and has grown into one of the larger high schools in the Northland. The Liberty North attendance zone includes some of the most active new-construction territory in Clay County — buyers searching specifically for “Liberty North” usually want newer homes (2015 and up) on the north end. Most current listings in this zone fall between $400K and $700K, with new construction pushing into the $800Ks.
