Park Hill
Park Hill School District covers a large chunk of the Northland on the Platte County side — primarily west of 169 Highway, stretching from near the river up through Riverside, Parkville, and the western edge of Kansas City. The district has two high schools, Park Hill and Park Hill South, and is consistently one of the higher-rated public districts in the metro. The catchment includes some of the Northland’s most desirable neighborhoods — Riss Lake, Thousand Oaks, Hidden Valley — alongside newer development pushing west toward Weatherby Lake and Parkville. Expect a wide price range here, with luxury homes well above $1M alongside more moderate options in the $300-500K band.
